Buyer FAQ
Common questions
Do I need to be pre-approved before we start touring homes?
Not before our first conversation — but I'll connect you with a lender early so we're shopping in a range that's actually yours to offer on, and so any offer you make can move fast.
How many homes will we need to see?
As many or as few as it takes. I'd rather send you a shorter, honest shortlist with real notes on value and condition than tour every listing that technically fits your search.
What happens after an offer is accepted?
Inspection, any negotiated repairs, appraisal (if financing), and a final walkthrough before closing. I keep track of every deadline so nothing slips.
Do you work with investors and commercial buyers?
Yes — alongside residential buyers, I represent clients purchasing rental property, land, and commercial space across Eastern North Carolina.
We had such a great experience working with Callie as first time home buyers! She truly made the entire process feel so easy from beginning to end. She was always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and there whenever we had a question. We completely trusted her judgment throughout the process and always felt like we were in good hands. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but Callie made it exciting and stress free. We couldn't recommend her enough!
